Colca Canyon Full Day

We will start at 03:00 a.m. With the pick up from your hotel, to start the trip through Yura, the trip will be made directly to the cross of the condor (approx. 4 hours), stopping in the town of Chivay for breakfast. At approximately 08:30 am we will arrive at the Cruz del Condor from where we will be able to appreciate one of the deepest canyons in the world and where the condor sanctuary is located, normally having the opportunity to appreciate its impressive flight. On the way back we will stop at the towns of Maca and Yanque that have beautiful colonial churches; as well as at the viewpoints of Antahuilque, Huayrapunko and Peña Blanca, from where we can enjoy the beautiful landscape of Colca with its impressive pre-Inca terraces. Already in Chivay we will optionally go to the thermal baths. At 12:00 p.m. approx. We will have lunch in Chivay and at approximately 1:00 p.m., return to Arequipa, en route we will stop at the viewpoint of the volcanoes (highest point of the road 4,910 meters above sea level), we will stop at the bofedales de tocra to appreciate diversity of wild birds , herds of alpacas and llamas; In Pampa Cañahuas we will observe herds of vicuñas (part of the Aguada Blanca and Salinas National Reserve) the beautiful South American camelid possessing one of the finest fibers in the world and at 5:00 p.m. approx. We will arrive in the city of Arequipa.
