PERSONAL BELONGINGS
We are not responsible for loss of or damage to personal property that was left with us or carried in or on the Motorcycle. If you fail to claim property left in the Motorcycle for more than 30 days, we may dispose of that property in a manner we choose. To the extent permitted by law, you waive all claims against us, our agents and employees for loss of or damage to the personal property of you or another person, which we received, handled, or stored, or which was left or carried in or on the Motorcycle or in any service vehicle or in our offices, whether or not the loss of damage was caused by our negligence or was otherwise our responsibility
INDEMNIFICATION: HANDLING CLAIMS.
An Indemnity, To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from all claims, demands, actions, liabilities, costs, and attorneys’ fees incurred by us (related to “Claims”) resulting of or arise from this rental. and its use that occurs during the rental period.
COVERAGE OF MOTORCYCLE DAMAGE INSURANCE
The total price of the motorcycle damage insurance is calculated based on the rental period.
- The Motorcycle Damage Insurance covers only damages to the rental motorcycle. In the event of an accident, the rider is responsible for the settlement of any damages to the other motorized vehicle, animal, or third party directly.
- If you did not purchase Motorcycle Damage Insurance, the rider is responsible for all loss to the rental motorcycle resulting from any cause including but not limited to collision, theft, tire damage, vandalism, seizure/medical condition, flood, fire, hail, or other acts of Nature.
- The Rental Company is under no obligation to provide a replacing motorcycle to the Renter, if the rented motorcycle is subject to accident or lost, damaged or stolen.
- The Motorcycle Damage Insurance covers theft/total loss (only in Peru). Deductible is 30% of market value of motorcycle.
Each motorcycle has an applicable deductible according to the chosen motorcycle model, when signing the contract the complete insurance policies will be sent to you virtually and it is your responsibility to read it and the one that applies.
RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGE OR LOSS OF THE MOTORCYCLE
You are responsible for all damage to or loss or theft of the Motorcycle during the Rental Period, resulting from any cause, including damage or loss caused by collision, weather, vandalism, theft, road conditions and acts of nature. Your responsibility will include: (a) all physical damage to the Motorcycle measured as follows: (i) if we determine that the Motorcycle is a total loss, the fair market value of the Motorcycle, less salvage; (ii) if we determine that the Motorcycle is repairable: (A) the difference between the value of the Motorcycle immediately before the damage and the value immediately after the damage; or (B) the reasonable estimated retail value or actual cost of repair plus Diminished Value; (b) Loss of Use, measured by multiplying your daily rental rate either by the actual or estimated number of days from the date the Motorcycle is damaged until it is replaced or repaired, which you agree represents a reasonable estimate of Loss of Use damages and not a penalty. Loss of Use shall be payable regardless of fleet utilization; (c) a reasonable administrative fee. (d) towing, storage, and impound charges and other reasonable incidental and consequential damages; and (e) all costs associated with our enforcement of this Agreement. You are responsible for loss or damage to the Motorcycle resulting from theft or vandalism related to the theft.
CHARGES
Prices are indicated in USD dollars in our Price List in force at the time of signing the Rental Agreement.
There is no refund for late pick-up or early return. If you use a credit card or other payment card issued by a bank or financial institution any currency conversion will be handled by the issuing bank. All Charges are subject to our final audit. If errors are discovered after the close of this transaction, you authorize us to correct the Charges with the payment card issuer. You must notify us of any disputes to the Charges no later than 30 days after your receipt of the invoice.
RENTAL RATE AND DEPOSIT
The daily rental rate, as well as the deposit amount, are determined by the Price List in effect when you sign this Agreement. The standard payment method is credit card or payment link. Payment by cash or debit card requires our prior authorization.
You permit us to reserve against your payment card (or, if we choose, take a cash deposit) at the time of rental a reasonable amount in addition to the estimated total charges. We may use the reserve or deposit to pay all Charges. We will authorize the release of an excess reserve (or return of a cash deposit) at completion of your rental if no additional Charges are payable. Your payment card issuer’s rules will apply to crediting your account for any excess, which may not be immediately released by your card issuer.
RENTAL PERIOD
The minimum Rental Period is one day.A “day” is a 24-hour day beginning on the date and time noted on the Rental Agreement. OUR WORKING HOURS ARE FROM 09:00 TO 13:00 AND FROM 15:00 TO 18:00 HRS.
If you fail to return the Motorcycle when due and continue to use it without our express authorization, we may terminate this Agreement, and you will have sole responsibility for the payment of any fines or penalties assessed against you.

The tour begins with the pick up from your hotel at 6:40 am in the lake port of Puno, to board a motor boat where we will travel to the floating island of the Uros where we will visit for a time of 45 minutes.
We will have a bilingual guide (English and Spanish) who will accompany us from the point of view of who will introduce us to the life of the inhabitants. The Uros are a very old native community, made up of more than 40 islands, which are built with reeds by their own inhabitants, they serve for the construction of their homes, boats (rafts), fuel and as food for human consumption. . In this excursion, the main island is visited and 2 or 3 islands of 30 minutes each are visited (with the option of taking the ride in the typical reed boats). Then they are traveling to the Island of Taquile upon arrival they have a 1 hour walk to reach the town. In Taquile we will stay for 3 hours visiting the place observing the landscape and customs, we will have lunch in a local restaurant where we will have a typical lunch based on trout. We will have free time to explore the island and meet its inhabitants who will show us their way of life through their textiles. We return to Puno at 2:30 p.m. arriving in Puno at 4:30 p.m. approx. Upon arrival at the port, transfer to your hotel.

Discover the islands of Lake Titicaca on this 2-day tour from Puno. Enjoy a night in a homestay on Amantani Island and learn about local traditions.
ITINERARY
Day 1: Puno – Uros Island – Amantaní.
We will pick you up from your hotel to go to the main port of the city of Puno, embark and start a navigation on Lake Titicaca. Our first stop will be an island of the Uros, a culture of more than 3000 years that builds their houses in the middle of the lake, thanks to the use of reeds. We will continue our trip to the Island of Amantaní, where some of its inhabitants will receive us and accompany us to a lunch made with local products. During the afternoon we can walk to the top of the island, which is at a height of 4,130 m, from where we have an unbeatable view of the sunset over Lake Titicaca. We will then return to our assigned place of accommodation at a local homestay.
Day 2: Amantani – Taquile – Puno.
We will get up early to have breakfast and say goodbye to Amantaní, to leave for the island of Taquile. In that place we will be able to share with the inhabitants, who will present us their textile crafts. In addition, we can tour part of the island. As we advance, our guide will explain to us the traditional forms of cultivation and some ancestral customs that continue to this day. Then, we will go down to the port to take our boat and start the trip back to Puno.

Itinerary
We will start the tour at 08:00 a.m. at the “El Chaco” pier in Paracas. We will start the tour visiting the Ballestas Islands through a motorized slider. During the excursion we will get to know “El Candelabro”, a geoglyph that, despite the passing of the years, has not undergone changes or modifications. We will also observe a great variety of marine fauna: tendrils, boobies, seagulls, pelicans, chuitas, red headed buzzards, a family of Humboldt Penguins and the most beautiful and imposing animals such as sea lions in their two varieties, fine and funny. Nazca Lines Flight. We start with the pick up of the passengers at 08:00 hrs from their hotel to the Nazca airport. Cusco City Tour. We will begin this Cusco city tour with the pick-up from your hotel, The first visit is to the Cathedral of Cusco, the main Christian temple of the city and which houses innumerable paintings corresponding to the Cusco School. Later, we will visit the Qorikancha Temple (entrance fee not included). Here the guide will give us information about the tongue-and-groove technique used for its construction, and we will have free time to take pictures.

We start the tour by picking you up from your hotel between 04:15 and 04:45 in the morning. You will undertake the three-hour trip to the municipality of Cusipata in a comfortable Tourist mobility. Upon arrival, you will enjoy breakfast at the home of a local family. After breakfast, you will go to the starting point of the tour. The path that leads to the “mountain of colors” is about 3 km long and runs through an elevated and flat area. The tour will last approximately 1 hour and a half, depending on your physical condition. We will start the tour with the pick up from your hotel between 4:00 am. and 4:30 a.m. After making a 2-hour drive, we will arrive at Mollepata, where we will stop for breakfast and pick up water and snacks for the trek. After breakfast we will travel another hour to Soraypampa. Once you reach this high mountain plateau you will be able to see the beautiful mountains Apu Salkantay 20400 feet (6230 meters) above sea level and Humantay 17225 feet (5250 meters) above sea level. After a brief time preparing your backpack, you will begin the 2-hour walk to the Humantay lagoon. The path to Lake Humantay is steep, however your group is small and your guide will allow you to take your time enjoying the hike. Enjoy views of Lake Humantay and time to take amazing photos.
